Lea specializes on German, European and international trademark and design law. Her practice focuses on the comprehensive management and administration of trademark portfolios. This includes, in particular, handling trademark application and registration proceedings, defending trademark rights, and the ongoing monitoring and management of existing IP portfolios.
She also coordinates international trademark proceedings, working closely with a global network of foreign colleagues. Another key area of her practice is combating product piracy, in particular through the coordination and management of customs border seizure proceedings worldwide.
