Jannik advises on matters of intellectual property, copyright and unfair competition law. His expertise includes litigation, both in the field of technical property rights and in trademark, design, unfair competition, and copyright law.
His areas of focus include in particular product imitations and counterfeiting, as well as infringements on internet platforms. He also has expertise in domain disputes. He handles complex main proceedings as well as preliminary injunction proceedings for rapid enforcement and coordinates investigative measures.
