Jannik advises on matters of intellectual property, copyright and unfair competition law. His expertise includes litigation, both in the field of technical property rights and in trademark, design, unfair competition, and copyright law. Furthermore, he drafts and negotiates agreements, such as license and IP assignment agreements, non-disclosure agreements and R&D contracts. Jannik already completed stations in the field of IP during his legal clerkship, including the IP legal department of a leading automotive group.
