Henriette’s practice focuses on German, European and international trademark law. She concentrates particularly on the handling of proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Another focus of her work is anticounterfeiting, in particular border seizure proceedings. Henriette also handles unfair competition, copyright and media law matters.
