Dr. Ursula Stelzenmüller

Ursula’s practice focuses on German, European and international trademark law. Her particular specialties include the designing of trademark filing strategies worldwide and the handling of proceedings before the German Trademark and Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. In addition to trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation, her practice includes anti-counterfeiting, including border seizure proceedings. Ursula also handles unfair competition, copyright and design matters. For more than a decade, Ursula Stelzenmüller has served on various INTA Committees, namely the Famous & Well-Known Marks Committee, the Bulletin Committee and, most recently, the Trademark Office Practices Committee.
