Dr. Elisabeth Mielke, LL.M.

Elisabeth´s practice focuses on German, European and international trademark law. She is particularly experienced in the building, management and defense of international trademark portfolios, the development of trademark protection strategies worldwide and the handling of proceedings before the German Trademark and Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Elisabeth also handles unfair competition, copyright and design matters. Elisabeth is a Certified Specialist for IP Law.
