Elisabeth´s practice focuses on German, European and international trademark law. She is particularly experienced in the building, management and defense of international trademark portfolios, the development of trademark protection strategies worldwide and the handling of proceedings before the German Trademark and Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
In addition, her practice focuses on trademark litigation, including proceedings before the European General Court, as well as the coordination of international trademark infringement proceedings. Elisabeth Mielke is a member of the INTA Bulletins Committee and currently serves as Co-Chair of the INTA Bulletins Europe Subcommittee. She is also an active member of the advisory board of the Marketing Club Stuttgart-Heilbronn. Elisabeth is a Certified Specialist for IP Law.
