Dr. Ekkehard Stolz

Ekkehard’s practice focuses primarily on trademark law, unfair competition law, copyright and design law as well as media law. He has a particular expertise in litigation before national and European courts. In addition, he advises companies on the management and defense of international trademark portfolios and handles trademark prosecution work. Ekkehard serves on the Special Committee Design Law of GRUR (German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law) and on the Design Committee of ECTA. For many years he was an active member of INTA Committees. Ekkehard is a Certified Specialist for IP Law.
