Antonia’s focus is on German, European and international trademark and design law. She has particular expertise in assisting clients in building global trademark and design portfolios and in defending and enforcing them before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the EUIPO, the German courts and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
She is also very experienced in international infringement proceedings, frequently assisting in the enforcement of world-famous trademarks and designs. Antonia is a Certified Specialist for IP law and member of the examination board for Certified Specialists for IP law of the Stuttgart Bar Association.
