Antonia Bognár

Antonia advises and represents German and international clients in trademark, unfair competition, copyright and design law. She is particularly experienced in developing trademark protection strategies, managing international trademark portfolios as well as handling trademark litigation work, in particular proceedings before the General Court and the European Court of Justice. In addition, Antonia drafts and negotiates research and development agreements, know-how agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Antonia is a Certified Specialist for IP law and has been a member of the examination board for Certified Specialists for IP law of the Stuttgart Bar Association since 2020.
