Amelie Sulovsky-Lehr

Amelie advises and represents national and international clients in trademark law, design law, competition law and copyright law. Her expertise includes in particular the prosecution of product counterfeiting through domestic litigation as well as the coordination of international infringement proceedings. In addition, her practice focuses on the national and international protection of trademarks and designs and the defense of these before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Furthermore, Amelie advises on the drafting of delimitation and license agreements. She is a certified specialist in IP law.
