Dr. Matthias Lehr

Matthias focuses primarily on brand protection, media law and reputation management, unfair competition law, copyright and design law. He has particular expertise and years of experience in litigation. Another important area of his practice is providing advice to his clients – including pre-publication advice – to defend against or enforce claims regarding all kinds of media reporting and publications. In addition, he drafts and negotiates agreements, especially license, confidentiality and development agreements. Matthias is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) as well as a member of the German Bar Association (DAV).
